"Strength for Chris" to show your support and read more about his condition, the surgeries and the progress he's had since first entering the hospital.
Some of you may better know Chris Fraser as the front man of local band Chemical Horizon who could typically be found at many of the local shows, metal or not! We're asking the community to come together to help raise money for the Fraser family.
To better explain what has happened with Chris I'll paste the first entry from the 'Strength for Chris' group which can be found here:

This is the first post regarding his condition...
Tuesday at work Chris was not feeling well, threw up and was so weak he couldnt even stand, they called the ambulance and they took him to the pasqua hospital. They did a CT scan and found a mass that was bleeding in the back of his brain. They sent him off to the General Hospital because thats where the surgeon is. They put him under and did surgery Tuesday night. (5 hrs) They then took him for another CT Scan and noticed it was bleeding so they did another surgery on him to stop the bleed and took out the tumor. The Doctor says it looks abnormal which is cancer. They took samples and we wont find out forsure what it is for 8-10 days. Right now, hes in intensive care and will be for atleast a week with the draining tubes to releave the pressure on his brain.
They got him on lots of drugs and a breathing tube and hooked up to I dont know know many hoses. He wont be able to see any one other than close family for atleast a week. Right now hes in a coma from the surgery and so many drugs so he cant wake up. They dont want him to wake up now. His blood pressure is high.
Thats were its at right now.
Please pray for him as its going to be a long recovery.
Kim
